This is not a short-term solution — we are looking for a strong leader committed to stepping in, staying long-term, and continuing to elevate census performance year over year. This position will be primarily focused on post-acute admissions, partnering closely with hospitals, discharge planners, and referral sources to ensure seamless transitions and timely admissions. However, we are also seeking someone who brings experience in long-term care admissions, ensuring the Sales Director can confidently lead both sides of our skilled nursing census. This role requires a goal-oriented, sales-focused leader who thrives in building relationships, closing admissions, developing creative census strategies, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. This is a true sales leadership role — not an operations role — and we are seeking someone who is energized by metrics, motivated by results, and passionate about helping families navigate skilled care. You’ll develop and execute strategic plans, provide compassionate follow-up, coordinate smooth admissions, and represent The Lutheran Home at on-site and off-site events.
