Start a new career as the Sales Director at our Skilled Nursing Community! At our Community, you’ll begin a rewarding career where team members are valued, supported, and called to serve. We foster a culture that promotes growth, recognition, and reinvestment into our team. Apply today and receive a response within 48 hours! We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director (on-site, in-person) to take over our sales operations and drive sustained occupancy growth in our Skilled Nursing Community. This position will be primarily focused on post-acute admissions, partnering closely with hospitals, discharge planners, and referral sources to ensure seamless transitions and timely admissions. However, we are also seeking someone who brings experience in long-term care admissions, ensuring the Sales Director can confidently lead both sides of our skilled nursing census. This role requires a goal-oriented, sales-focused leader who thrives in building relationships, closing admissions, developing creative census strategies, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. This is a true sales leadership role — not an operations role — and we are seeking someone who is energized by metrics, motivated by results, and passionate about helping families navigate skilled care. You’ll develop and execute strategic plans, provide compassionate follow-up, coordinate smooth admissions, and represent our community at on-site and off-site events. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a skilled nursing environment. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (salary exempt). Some evenings and weekends may be necessary based on business needs. No holiday or weekend rotation required.
