About The Position

SymphonyAI Industrial is at the forefront of AI-driven transformation for industrial enterprises. Our mission is to empower organizations to unlock innovation, optimize performance, and achieve sustainable growth through advanced artificial intelligence solutions. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead our go-to-market efforts in the Energy, Oil & Gas sector. This pivotal role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and expanding our presence with leading enterprise customers in one of the world’s most critical industries. At SymphonyAI Industrial, we are scaling IRIS Foundry—a Microsoft-aligned AI platform used by global manufacturers to improve yield, reduce downtime, and drive plant-level performance. We’re looking for a proven enterprise seller to win and expand strategic industrial accounts across the U.S.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years enterprise sales experience
  • Consistent track record closing $500K+ deals (multi-million quota attainment)
  • Experience selling into industrial / manufacturing / energy environments
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles

  • Network within U.S. industrial enterprises is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver $2M+ ARR through $500K–$1M+ enterprise deals
  • Own full cycle: pipeline → qualification → proposal → close
  • Build executive relationships across Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals in industrial environments
  • Partner with Microsoft and GSIs to accelerate pipeline and conversion
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast accuracy
