About The Position

Candidates must be based in Texas with established connections in the defense or insurance legal community. Dane Street is looking for highly motivated candidates to join as our Sales Director. Dane Street offers an exciting work environment, competitive compensation, and strong growth potential. The Sales Director is in the center of our critical relationships with our clients, our technical team and our operations teams. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying and developing new accounts, and growing existing national and local accounts. The position also involves growing Dane Street’s market share with existing clients. Individuals should possess the right balance of relationship-building skills and motivation to significantly impact Dane Street’s sales growth targets within the local market.   • 4-year College degree (BA/BS) preferred; relevant industry experience accepted in place of degree.
  • Proven success in legal services, medical review, or expert witness sales.
  • Strong understanding of injury litigation and the role of medical billing disputes.
  • Supply and support their own internet services.
  • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and secure new business with Texas-based defense attorneys and law firms.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and excellent follow-up.
  • Educate clients on the purpose and value of Counter Affidavits in litigation cost control.
  • Collaborate with operations and medical experts to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Attend industry conferences, CLE events, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular activity and pipeline reports.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within Texas as needed.
  • Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
