As the Sales Director, you are responsible for leading, coaching, and holding accountable our sales team including account managers, outside sales reps, and inside sales reps across both Gainesville and St. Augustine. Reporting to the Integrator, you will drive revenue growth, refine sales processes, and ensure our team is actively pursuing new business while cultivating lasting relationships with current and most-wanted clients. This role requires a leader who can set clear goals, build a healthy culture of performance, and remove obstacles so the team can succeed. You’ll work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure every handoff is clean, every opportunity is followed up on, and every team member is equipped to close with confidence.
