Supermicro Computer, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Director for a revenue-focused hunter role, dedicated to acquiring new customers across key verticals including Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), SLED, Data Centers/Cloud, Manufacturing, and High-Performance Computing (HPC). This individual will play a critical role in driving top-line growth through proactive sales efforts, identifying and closing new business opportunities. The Sales Director will be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro’s sales process by leading strategic Sales GTM’s initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Program Management teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, capable of engaging prospects, understanding their needs and business goals, and ultimately negotiating and securing high-impact partnerships.
