Requirements

• Candidates must have a proven track record of success selling Telecom/Technology products.
• Experience in finding new business is required.
• Strong team leadership and management experience is necessary, with experience managing Sales Managers.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with PC based applications such as Word, Excel and CRM Systems is a plus.
• Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team of Sales Managers along with their reps.
• Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to meet the assigned new revenue quota.
• Engage in direct customer contact as a major portion of the assignment.
• Lead, coach, and train the managers and sales reps in the sale of Cogent Products.
