About The Position

As the Sales Director for the SME Account Executive team at DailyPay, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will lead a team focused on selling our innovative on-demand pay solution to small and medium-sized enterprises with fewer than 2,000 employees. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the team, providing strategic direction, and serving as a point of escalation for complex sales opportunities. You will be responsible for recruiting, building, and managing a high-performing sales team that is not only efficient but also motivated to elevate the DailyPay brand in the marketplace. In this role, you will continuously drive performance metrics and ensure that your team is equipped to maximize success across key market segments. You will provide accurate revenue forecasting and embrace a data-driven management culture that leverages tools and metrics to enhance sales effectiveness. Educating the labor marketplace about the benefits of DailyPay will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as will collaborating with the VP of Sales to analyze sales results and refine strategies. You will also work closely with other Sales Directors to enhance the overall sales process and culture within the organization. This position is ideal for a resourceful problem solver who can translate high-level goals into actionable plans. You will need to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and create a collaborative environment that drives results. Your leadership skills, charisma, and ability to motivate others will be essential as you guide your team to success.
