The Sales Director for Walmart will lead a team that is responsible for maintaining a profitable and healthy business through Joint Business Planning. This person will become an expert on Coty brand strategies and product portfolios to work in conjunction with their staff and internal business partners to create and execute a 4P strategy at the customer. The individual will have direct and indirect ownership of all levels of the customer P&L. The role will be a key direct report to the VP of Sales for the Walmart business and will be instrumental in maximizing sales and driving overall growth and performance for the department. This person should be adaptable to the changing needs of the business and communicate progress and risk effectively to management on a consistent basis. The right candidate will be highly organized and proactive in their approach, with a positive, team-player attitude. The position calls for a growth and results driven strategist and executor who is tapped in culturally within the industry.
