About The Position

LSEG is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead a team of Sales Specialists focused on Customer and Third-Party Risk solutions across the Americas. This leader will drive new business growth and expansion revenue for World-Check and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) solutions, partnering with financial institutions, fintechs, corporates, and regulated entities to strengthen compliance, mitigate risk, and meet evolving regulatory expectations. This role is accountable for delivering consistent revenue growth, building a high-performance sales culture, and executing go-to-market strategies that position LSEG as the gold standard in risk intelligence. The Sales Director will lead from the front — combining strategic leadership, disciplined pipeline management, and executive engagement to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • 3–5+ years of direct people leadership experience within a quota-carrying sales organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex solution-based sales.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Strategic commercial mindset with strong financial acumen.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Strong coaching capability with a track record of elevating team performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling compliance, risk, data, SaaS, or regulatory technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with AML, sanctions screening, or third-party risk environments.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and CRM data management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets across World-Check and EDD solutions.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within Financial Institutions, FinTechs, Corporates, and regulated entities.
  • Ensure disciplined opportunity qualification, progression, and forecast accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Develop and execute territory and vertical growth strategies aligned to whitespace opportunity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Specialists.
  • Establish clear performance KPIs including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, activity standards, and revenue attainment.
  • Conduct regular deal reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly performance evaluations.
  • Foster a high-accountability, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Account Management to drive coordinated campaigns and industry plays.
  • Provide structured win/loss insights to inform competitive positioning and product roadmap priorities.
  • Identify growth sectors and refine market segmentation strategies.
  • Engage with C-suite, Compliance, Risk, and Legal stakeholders in complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Articulate ROI and regulatory value propositions aligned to client risk priorities.
  • Represent LSEG Risk Intelligence at industry events and strategic client engagements.
