About The Position

As Senior Sales Director for our North America Risk Data Solutions practice, you'll lead our commercial expansion in the Insurance and Public Sector markets. This is a revenue-generating position where your sales expertise will directly impact our bottom line while helping clients solve their most complex risk challenges through data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience, with demonstrated success in insurance, financial services, Insurtech, or public sector
  • Comprehensive understanding of the US P&C insurance market, including underwriting processes, claims operations, risk management frameworks, and technology ecosystems
  • Established professional network within the P&C sector with verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship cultivation
  • Outstanding communication skills that enable you to articulate complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders
