The Segment Sales Director - Protein will be responsible for all sales for the Protein category, including Meats, Poultry, Sausage, Fish and Seafood, across all materials (Fiber, Foam, Rigid Plastics, etc.), achieving financial plans, building relationships, and working collaboratively with other stakeholders (internal and external), such as Marketing & Business Development, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc. This individual will successfully lead the sales team a team in the USA. The primary goal of the Category Leader is to sell L1 and L2 products to existing and new customers to protect and grow the FFS business leading their respective sales team to execute on the sales strategy, develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, developing and managing accounts, protecting the company’s profitability through pricing and leading their teams into success. The Category Leader will do this by collaboratively planning and executing with cross-functional resources at multiple senior-levels internally and externally. This position is a member of the FFS America Sales team reporting to the VP of Sales.
