About The Position

We’re looking for a bold, visionary Sales Director, Perfumery & Beauty to ignite growth and elevate our impact across the Home Fragrance and Personal Care markets. In this highly influential role, you’ll partner directly with our Senior Director of Sales to shape commercial strategy, expand our market footprint, and lead a passionate sales team to extraordinary results. As the driving force behind our revenue acceleration, you’ll strengthen key customer relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and orchestrate seamless collaboration across cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. From developing high‑impact sales strategies to negotiating major commercial partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in taking our brand—and your career—to exciting new heights.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Track record of leading successful sales teams, developing talent, and driving revenue growth
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage complex accounts, and drive profitable growth
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Experience in high-level negotiations and fostering long-term client partnerships
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and competitive landscapes to make informed business decisions
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
