The Sales Director is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for driving revenue growth across our commercial printing division. This role oversees the development and execution of innovative sales strategies, leads and mentors a high-performing sales team, and cultivates strong relationships with local and regional clients. The Sales Director leverages data, and market insights and analytics to maximize revenue opportunities. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual collaborates cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous growth. This remote opportunity is open to candidates who currently reside within the physical/digital footprint of FCC - North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
