The Columbia Sales team partners with external partners (from wholesale key accounts to independent boutiques) and internal teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Product to understand the needs of consumers and the realities of the marketplace, as well as how our product best fits into that equation. The Sales team's business savviness and sales strategy expertise lends itself to strong partnerships and solid results, and this role leads that team and process. As the Director, Strategic Accounts, you will focus on Columbia Sportswear's Bass Pro Shop/Cabela's, Famous Footwear and Shoe Carnival accounts. This role is responsible for developing and executing purposeful plans based on company objectives that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. You will strengthen existing executive-level client relationships and develop new business opportunities within the accounts. You will drive strategy and growth in conjunction with your sales team and cross-functional partners.
