About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow our apparel business across mass retail, off-price, and department store channels. This role is responsible for managing key retail relationships, driving new business opportunities, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver commercially successful assortments. The ideal candidate is a strategic seller with strong buyer relationships, deep apparel industry experience, and a proven ability to grow accounts through disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making. This is an evergreen posting. We continuously seek experienced sales leaders to support current and future business needs.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of apparel sales experience, preferably within mass retail, off-price, or department store channels
  • Established relationships with key apparel buyers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing retail accounts while building long-term, trusted buyer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mass retail, off-price, and department store channels
  • Drive sales strategy, line presentations, and account-specific growth initiatives
  • Analyze weekly and seasonal sales performance to identify trends and opportunities
  • Lead market preparation, line reviews, and follow-up with retail partners
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Production, and Planning teams
  • Communicate customer needs and market insights to internal stakeholders
