We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our Membership Sales team, responsible for sourcing and converting sales qualified leads. As Sales Director, you will take on a small team of highly motivated inside sales reps as well as a Sales Ops lead, with the opportunity to grow the team in the near term. You will oversee 1:1 and 1:many sales tactics and help to build out an outbound sales program. The right candidate will bring a balance of sales and data savvy and will be able to quickly up-level what it means to do sales at Fora. This role is a great opportunity for a strategic sales leader who is passionate both about running a great sales operation, as well as about coaching and developing a team. You will report to the VP, Growth & Data, and will collaborate closely with Marketing, Data, Advisor Activation, and Product as we build an excellent growth and acquisition ecosystem that drives overall business growth and performance.
