About The Position
Artisan Partners is seeking a Sales Development & Strategy Associate, to partner closely with Artisan's distribution leadership, in support of the wealth channel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and channel, with proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. The associate will partner directly with the head of intermediary sales to drive high priority strategic projects and day-to-day operations of the team. Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000. Specific placement within the provided range will be determined by an individual's geographic location as well as relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Associates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon Firm and individual performance.
