About The Position

Job Summary: Stirista is looking to hire an SDR to support our sales team. This role offers advancement opportunities (team lead) as the expectations are that the SDR will learn our business, generate opportunities for the sales team and overtime help recruit/lead other SDRs. We are looking for someone who wants to be in sales as this is an entry-level sales professional focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, social selling) and qualifying inbound leads.

  • Sales tech proficiency — Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and common sales tools (e.g., sales engagement/sequencing, dialers, data enrichment, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conversation intelligence).
  • Partner management — Comfortable coordinating timelines, deliverables, and QA with third-party partners; ability to document requirements and keep workstreams moving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting - Initiating contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to introduce the company and value proposition.
  • Lead qualification - Qualifying leads by assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products/services
  • Pipeline management - Maintaining and updating the CRM (Salesforce) with accurate records of interactions and tracking lead progress.
  • Partner execution & campaign coordination — Collaborate with approved third-party partners (data providers, outbound/calling vendors, intent providers, enrichment partners) to support campaign planning, list sourcing, sequencing, QA, launch readiness, and ongoing optimization.
  • Multi-channel outbound orchestration — Build, launch, and iterate outbound plays across phone, email, and social; ensure consistent messaging and tight handoffs to AEs.
  • Sales + Marketing alignment — Work closely with Marketing on ICP targeting, messaging, offers, and campaign calendars; provide feedback loops on lead quality and conversion outcomes.
  • Systems & workflow ownership — Maintain SDR workflows in Salesforce (and related tools), including lead/contact creation, activity logging, status/stage updates, routing rules, and reporting hygiene.
