Responsibilities

  • Promptly engage with inbound inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process for potential ROLLER customers.
  • As the first point of contact for potential customers, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their initial experience with ROLLER, creating a positive and lasting impression that elevates ROLLER's value from the very first interaction.
  • Generate new business leads through inbound opportunities via calls and emails.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of SDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Solid grasp of qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a big plus.
  • Proven success running outbound sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Interest in working inbound leads to help grow our sales pipeline.
  • Ability to balance in-office collaboration and remote productivity.
