About The Position

As a key member of the sales team, you will execute activities for prospecting and lead generation, creating interest in SolarWinds products among existing customers. Your role will involve qualifying both inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, and effectively communicating the SolarWinds value proposition. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting potential customers during the product evaluation process. Additionally, you will manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce for handover to Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for submitting accurate and timely Pipe create commits on a weekly and monthly basis. Conducting short first-touch online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences, both technical and non-technical, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with the internal sales team based in Berlin to ensure a smooth handover and provide market feedback that includes customer priorities and needs. Engaging in "social selling" is essential, requiring proficiency in social media and the ability to create new, unique content, including being comfortable in front of a camera.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years Lead qualification/ SDR or Sales Experience
  • Passion for creating interest in Prospects to learn more about SolarWinds Products
  • Enthusiastic and "self-starter" approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Language preference (specificity is provided depending on the country being supported)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
