Today, we help millions of small businesses and customers build their vision from scratch! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Jiffy, you are the strategic engine of our B2B sales funnel. Your mission is to identify, penetrate, and qualify Jiffy’s highest-value prospective partnerships, serving as the critical frontline for our B2B Partnership Managers (AEs). This role requires a "wartime" mentality: an obsession with market share, a high sense of urgency, and the tactical precision to navigate complex mid-market accounts. You will be responsible for executing a sophisticated outbound strategy to capture market demand and ensure our team of Partnership Managers is consistently positioned to close high-impact deals. What Success Looks Like Book high-quality discovery meetings that convert into first orders Maintain a strong signal-to-noise ratio in the AE pipeline Consistently act on inbound and outbound opportunities within minutes Provide weekly insights that improve targeting, messaging, and margin outcomes This role follows a hybrid work model with a requirement of a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite. Employees should expect to work regularly from the office to support collaboration and business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (E-commerce/CPG/DTC experience is a major plus).
  • The Hustle: A self-starter mentality with the resilience to handle the "no’s" and the drive to hit daily activity metrics.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can write a cold email that people actually want to read.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Hunter, or similar sales engagement platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the promotional products, apparel, or DTC e-commerce industries.

  • Familiarity with using AI-driven tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outbound Execution: Drive high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, targeted email, and LinkedIn) to source net-new mid-market customers. You will utilize a "social surround" tactic—engaging multiple stakeholders within a single organization to create internal momentum for Jiffy’s solutions.
  • Account Intelligence & Mapping: Conduct deep-dive research into high-value promotional product distributors and enterprise accounts. You will map out decision-making hierarchies and identify key pain points to arm our AEs with the intelligence needed to win.
  • Qualified Handoffs: You will qualify interest, confirm fit, and create urgency — then execute a clean, timely handoff to the Partnership Manager once buying intent and timeline are clear.
  • High-Urgency "Speed to Lead": Monitor real-time intent signals and act with extreme urgency. You understand that in a rapid-scale environment, the window for capturing market interest is measured in minutes, not days.
  • Cross-Functional Tag-Teaming: Work in lockstep with a pod of Partnership Managers to execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. You will maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot to ensure seamless handoffs and a "white glove" experience for every prospect.
  • Market Feedback & Analysis: Leverage AI and CRM data to identify trends in customer objections and market shifts. You will provide real-time feedback to leadership to help pivot our outreach strategy to where the highest profit impact lives.
