About The Position

The Sales Development Organization team plays a critical role in expanding our customer base and bringing Galileo to the world’s most recognizable and innovative brands. As a Sales Development Representative, you will work with Sales, Marketing, and our founders to generate new business opportunities for Galileo. As a team, we bring unparalleled energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity to our jobs. We’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are growth-obsessed and want to grow their careers within Sales. This is an onsite role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the team working together in person 4 days per week. We're focused on building a strong, collaborative, and high-energy onsite culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • 1.5+ years of documented success as an enterprise SDR in B2B SaaS
  • Prior history of success and career progression
  • Eager to grow and driven and motivated by a quota
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills with the ability to think on your feet and easily answer unexpected questions
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Outreach, LinkedIn, and Google products
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with Executive-level prospects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI and/or working with a technical audience

Responsibilities

  • Research prospective customers and engage with prospects across channels using a personalized, value-based approach.
  • Set and book qualified meetings for AEs through qualifying inbound leads and/or outbound prospecting
  • Work closely with Account Executives on building account strategies and targeting accounts
  • Become an expert on industry trends, customer needs, and Galileo’s product and value proposition.
  • Achieve and exceed your monthly goal of producing high-quality business opportunities for our sales team.
  • Clearly communicate progress and become an expert in Hubspot, Outreach, Sales Navigator.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to continually improve systems, processes, and lead quality
  • Collaborate with your peers and help us build a culture of excellence!
