Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Generating sales leads by calling potential customers from lists provided by our online marketing, research, call lists
  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Working closely with marketing and account executive teams to align messaging and target new business opportunities
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed by management.
