About The Position

We are building agentic AI designed to make outbound marketing feel more human and effective.We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our supportive, remote team. Your Path to Growth We’ve designed a 4–6 week accelerated training program to ensure you feel confident and supported as you start your journey. We take pride in our team's success—our training is so respected that our representatives are highly sought after in the industry. Phase 1 (The Foundation): Master the art of outbound connection. You will use our own AI tools to find and start conversations with businesses that need our help. Phase 2 (The Transition): Once you’ve found your rhythm and achieved your first "demo wins," we will begin sharing inbound leads with you to nurture. Phase 3 (The Graduation): After successfully completing your residency, you will graduate into our Account Executive I position, where you will guide customers through consultative discovery and help them commit to long-term success.

Requirements

  • You are Driven: You don't need experience, but you do need passion. You have a "high-achiever" spirit and a history of working hard to reach your goals.
  • You are a Fast Learner: You possess a high "learning rate"—you can digest new information quickly and apply it with grace.
  • You are Resourceful: You have "high agency." When you encounter a challenge, you enjoy finding creative ways to solve it.
  • You are an AI Enthusiast: You’re already playing with ChatGPT or Claude and are excited about how AI is changing the world.
  • You are Nearshore: You are based in Latin America or Eastern Europe and are comfortable aligning your day with EST or PST business hours.
  • Experience: Zero years of SaaS sales experience required. We actually prefer to train you from scratch using our own SOPs.
  • Communication: Your English (written and verbal) is exceptional. You can convey complex ideas clearly and warmly.
  • Setup: A quiet home office with reliable, high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: You will be the first point of contact for many businesses, helping them understand how AI can help them grow.
  • Outreach Excellence: Use LinkedIn and our agentic tools to start genuine, helpful conversations with potential partners.
  • Nurture Interest: Once you've sparked curiosity, you’ll work collaboratively to book demonstrations and show the true value of our platform.
  • Consultative Discovery: Learn to listen deeply to a customer's needs. You won't just "sell"—you will guide them toward the right solution.
  • The "Anchor & Pivot": You will learn to explain our pricing strategy in a way that helps customers see the value in 6 and 12-month partnerships, ensuring they stay with us longer.
  • Collaborate with Success: Work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success team to ensure every new member you bring in is set up for long-term growth.
  • Become an AI Expert: You will be at the forefront of the HeyStack transition, helping users move from legacy tools to agentic, multi-channel marketing.
  • Continuous Learning: You’ll stay curious about LLMs and AI, sharing your insights with the team to help us all get better.
