Your Path to Growth We’ve designed a 4–6 week accelerated training program to ensure you feel confident and supported as you start your journey. We take pride in our team's success—our training is so respected that our representatives are highly sought after in the industry. Phase 1 (The Foundation): Master the art of outbound connection. You will use our own AI tools to find and start conversations with businesses that need our help. Phase 2 (The Transition): Once you’ve found your rhythm and achieved your first "demo wins," we will begin sharing inbound leads with you to nurture. Phase 3 (The Graduation): After successfully completing your residency, you will graduate into our Account Executive I position, where you will guide customers through consultative discovery and help them commit to long-term success.
