About The Position

We're looking for driven individuals with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills to join our SDR team. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, a clear and confident communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed environment. Hybrid Opportunity with 2-3 days in our brand new Austin, TX office. Monthly commission payout with OTE up to $100k!

Requirements

  • 0-2 years work experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience or internship experience in sales or marketing roles would be an asset

Responsibilities

  • Research, plan, and conduct outbound & inbound prospecting activities on accounts within assigned territory to create and grow a pipeline of net-new prospects
  • Qualify prospects and generate introductory meetings for the sales team
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly SDR metrics.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize on target accounts and ensure seamless handoff of qualified prospects
  • Ensure that all account information relevant to the SDR process is accurate and up to date
