About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial sales development representative to join our growing sales team. The right candidate will have experience building pipeline across multiple channels for a fast-growing SaaS company. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience as an SDR at a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Proven track record of meeting and beating pipeline creation quotas
  • Confidence to book meetings across multiple channels
  • An inquisitive and collaborative approach that will allow you to understand prospect pain points
  • A scrappy, can-do attitude and a flexibility to adapt to the constant twists and turns that characterize startup life
  • Fluency with the tools you’ll need to run your job effectively (CRM, prospecting tools, cadencing tools, data enrichment tools etc).
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate a major plus; interest in commercial real estate a must!

Responsibilities

  • Building lists of prospects that exactly match our ICP
  • Identifying the right contacts to target
  • Uncovering insights about prospects that can be used to tailor outreach
  • Developing and running cadences that span email, cold calling and social
  • Assigning leads to Account Executives
  • Updating and maintaining our CRM
  • Shadowing AEs on discovery meetings and product demos to get smart on our sales process and prepare yourself for a move into a closing role
  • Constantly refining our SDR playbook
  • Achieving and exceeding pipeline creation targets and other key sales metrics.
