Position: Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) We’re looking for a high-energy Outbound SDR to fuel our growth and become a key player in our sales team. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with direct mentorship from Kevin Dorsey (KD)—one of the world’s top sales leaders—and Jeff Stirling, who helped scale Deel to $800M ARR.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) is a bonus.
  • Passion for learning and career growth—this role offers clear paths to AE or other advanced positions in just 8-12 months!

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads: Use creative strategies to identify and engage potential customers via calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Qualify prospects: Understand their needs and connect them to how Finally’s solutions can transform their business.
  • Build relationships: Establish trust and excitement with SMBs by showcasing Finally’s value.
  • Hit targets: Meet and exceed lead generation and sales KPIs, tracking progress in Salesforce and other tools.
  • Collaborate: Work with top-notch sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and drive success.
