The Sales Development Representative is responsible for territory development and lead generation to support the sales pipeline and revenue growth. The scope of this job includes conducting research on potential leads, qualifying opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to closing opportunities. Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • At least 0-1 years of relevant work experience
  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Leverage multiple sales channels, including cold calls, email outreach, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential clients within target markets.
  • Reach out to registered attendees and non-attendees of WellSky-Sponsored events to arrange private demonstrations with an account executive and/or gather information on their business.
  • Conduct research on potential leads using incoming sales calls and referral programs to qualify opportunities and schedule client meetings with account executives.
  • Provide solution advice to pre-qualified and non-qualified leads based on their business needs.
  • Work with account executives with any regional-specific outreach projects (i.e. letters and call campaigns).
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
