Requirements

  • Burning desire to succeed.
  • B2B experience selling over the phone, internet, or face-to-face.
  • Advertising and cold calling experience preferred.
  • Results-oriented, well-organized individual.
  • Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn new software.
  • Proven outbound/inside sales experience.
  • Can naturally talk, speak and converse, read and write proficiently in English.
  • Must be extremely comfortable working with KPI's with aggressive closing rates.
  • Persuasive communication style and active listening skills.
  • Must be coachable, open to learning, and accepts feedback well.
  • Ability to multitask, work, think and move quickly in a fast-changing work environment.
  • Functional goal and detail-oriented with effective time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Advertising and cold calling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients with outbound phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Effectively communicate and educate the features and benefits of client's products/services
  • Properly enter all leads and prospects into the sales CRM on time.
  • Methodically build and organize tasks and sales opportunities in multiple computer systems.
  • Meet departmental sales expectations of monthly revenue generated from sales activities, while maintaining targeted KPI’s and customer satisfaction rates.
  • All other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned.
