As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads to grow our sales pipeline. You’ll play a critical role in the early stages of the sales cycle—initiating conversations with potential customers, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for Business Development Executives. Your role blends research, outreach, and communication to build connections and open doors to new business. You’ll work closely with a global team of Business Development Executives and Sales Development Representatives, and report directly to the Head of New Business. At a broader level, you’ll be part of the Sales department, led by our VP of Sales. With offices in Germany and Finland and colleagues around the world, you'll be part of a globally connected team—this position is fully remote, based in the US, preferably on the East Coast to benefit from easier collaboration across time zones.
