If you have 2+ years of recent outbound appointment-setting experience, you’ll recognize what this role really is: a structured, metrics-driven phone position with a clear purpose—connecting homeowners to a consultation that can reduce energy costs and support the shift toward clean energy. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first professional point of contact with homeowners over the phone. Your job is to create the initial connection, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants in the field. You’ll receive: · A 5-week intensive paid training program · Daily call reviews and ongoing coaching · A clear path to move from entry-level to veteran teams (and beyond) based on results Note: This role requires you to reside in Florida (USA).
