We embed directly into the world’s most ambitious startups and scale-ups — acting as their talent function, building their hiring infrastructure, and delivering results at agency speed with the standards of an internal team. We’ve built significant traction in Europe, and now we’re building our US business — properly. That means hiring someone to own the pipeline for both coasts: identifying the right companies, engaging the right people, qualifying the right opportunities, and working directly alongside our US co-founder to close. This is an SDR role, and we want to be upfront about what that means. That OTE reflects our genuine expectation of what a strong performer will earn within their first 12–18 months. The delta between those two numbers is deliberate: this role is built for someone motivated by uncapped earning potential, not a guaranteed salary.
