About The Position

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the tip of the spear for our enterprise sales motion. You will be a strategic partner to our Account Executives, tasked with a critical mission: breaking into the most sought -after enterprise accounts. You won't be chasing high volume; you'll be pursuing high value. This role is about surgical precision, deep research, and leveraging a cutting -edge, AI -enhanced tech stack to build genuine connections and open doors that others can't.

Requirements

  • You have a foundation in sales and are hungry for what's next. With 1 -3 years of SDR or similar experience, you know the fundamentals and are ready to apply them in a fast -growth, high -potential environment.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Strategic Enterprise Hunter. You will own your territory by identifying and targeting key enterprise accounts in the US. You'll masterfully navigate complex organizational charts, engage senior decision -makers, and execute sophisticated, multi -channel outreach campaigns that demand a response.
  • Build the AI -Powered Sales Playbook. You won't just follow a script; you'll fuse your proven sales instincts with AI -driven insights to create new best practices. You’ll use technology to enrich your cold calling and outreach, transforming raw prospecting into qualified, high -value meetings.
  • Fuel the Revenue Engine. Your primary mission is to build a robust and predictable pipeline of enterprise -level opportunities. Every appointment you set is the foundational first step in a complex, high -stakes sales cycle that drives our company's growth.
