Sales Development Representative Willard, NC | Part-Time | 1st Shift Launch Your Sales Career with Johnson Nursery Johnson Nursery is seeking a motivated, people-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Customer Experience team. This is an entry-level / early-career sales role designed for someone who wants to learn the fundamentals of sales, customer relationships, and account management while supporting an experienced sales team. No previous sales experience is required — we will train the right candidate. Role Details Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing Department: Customer Experience Part-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) (Approximately 30 hours/week, February–June) Compensation: $18/hour plus a bonus for each new customer you help bring on board Occasional travel to customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
