This Sales Development role is a high-impact, high-visibility position focused on building a foundational pipeline with a clear path for growth, distinguishing itself from transactional, churn-and-burn roles. It is a fully remote position with a 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET schedule, requiring strong phone presence, resilience, coachability, and comfort in a high-activity environment.

Requirements

  • Have 1–3 years of cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience
  • Are comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
  • Thrive in performance-driven environments with clear KPIs
  • Have experience working in HubSpot CRM or similar sales engagement tools

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound outreach (primarily cold calling)
  • Re-engage and qualify existing accounts for expansion opportunities
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and support land-and-expand efforts
  • Maintain disciplined activity tracking and pipeline management in HubSpot
  • Consistently hit daily activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets
