About The Position

S-PRO is a custom software development and digital transformation partner for enterprises across Europe, MENA, and USA. We deliver complex IT solutions across financial services, fintech, logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing. Our sales team is growing and we’re looking for new team members to join. . We’re looking for an ambitious, structured, and relentless SDR to join our B2B sales team in the USA and help us expand our client base among mid-sized and large enterprises. This is not just about calls it’s about strategy, ownership, and results.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, consulting, or IT services
• Hunter mentality, you don’t wait, you act
• Fearless on the phone, persuasive over email, and effective on LinkedIn
• Process-driven with high discipline in CRM usage
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn, from AI tools to legacy systems challenges and basics
• Motivated by growth, impact, and getting deals moving.

Responsibilities

• Generate & Qualify Leads: Build pipeline through multichannel outreach initiatives to enterprise stakeholders
• Book Qualified Meetings: Own top-of-funnel KPIs, schedule meetings, assess fit, and prepare Account Executives with insights
• Multi-Channel Strategy: Use personalized messaging across channels. Test, learn, iterate
• CRM Hygiene & Reporting: Log interactions, manage opportunities, and report metrics
• Market Feedback: Act as the eyes and ears of the market. Share insights to improve positioning, outreach, and collateral.
