Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify leads conduct thorough research to understand potential customers' needs, pain points, and business challenges.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team to showcase our solutions and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead activity and update customer information accurately.
  • Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
