About The Position

PEO Analysis specializes in providing businesses with comprehensive and unbiased analysis of Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) to help with Payroll, HR and company health insurance benefits. Our expert team conducts detailed assessments of various PEO services, giving companies insights to make informed decisions about HR functions, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and more. We work with businesses of all sizes across industries to deliver customized solutions that reduce cost, drive growth, reduce risk, and improve employee satisfaction. Who You Are As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and re-engaging existing contacts to discuss their PEO needs. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Clearwater, FL.

Requirements

  • Not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Strong communication and persistence are key.
  • Must be located in Tampa, FL or nearby cities.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple prospect accounts.
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in sales or lead generation is a plus (but not required)
  • Knowledge of the PEO industry is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Make 70+ outbound calls and send 100+ emails daily
  • Add 50 new prospects to the CRM daily.
  • Set 1–2 qualified meetings per day with decision-makers
  • Maintain a 75% daily connect rate on meetings set
  • Manage and track all activity in the company CRM.
  • Stay organized with multiple prospect accounts and follow-ups.
