Pactum is seeking a challenge-driven Sales Development Representative to help build the top of our B2B sales engine. This is not a passive outreach role. It is for someone who wants to master the fundamentals of modern sales, create high-quality pipeline, and learn how value-driven conversations open doors with enterprise decision-makers. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for future Pactum customers. Your work will shape how companies first experience Pactum and how agentic AI negotiation is positioned as a strategic advantage. This role is designed as a foundation for growth within a thriving sales career. In short, your mandate is to generate a qualified pipeline, create momentum with high-potential accounts, and build the skills required for long-term success in B2B sales.
