About The Position

Pactum is seeking a challenge-driven Sales Development Representative to help build the top of our B2B sales engine. This is not a passive outreach role. It is for someone who wants to master the fundamentals of modern sales, create high-quality pipeline, and learn how value-driven conversations open doors with enterprise decision-makers. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for future Pactum customers. Your work will shape how companies first experience Pactum and how agentic AI negotiation is positioned as a strategic advantage. This role is designed as a foundation for growth within a thriving sales career. In short, your mandate is to generate a qualified pipeline, create momentum with high-potential accounts, and build the skills required for long-term success in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound outreach across multiple channels including LinkedIn, cold calls, email, video outreach, and targeted offline initiatives.
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations, using BANT criteria to assess fit, urgency, and business value.
  • Build and enrich the top of the sales funnel through structured outbound campaigns and disciplined follow-up.
  • Research target companies and stakeholders to identify the right contacts aligned with Pactum’s Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Develop strong product knowledge of Pactum’s platform and understand its position within the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and use insights to continuously refine outreach strategy and messaging.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to strategically target high-potential accounts and convert interest into discovery conversations.
  • Stay proactive with follow-ups, handle objections effectively, and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule discovery calls by following Pactum’s sales playbook, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and structured outreach
