As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our sales team, learning how to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM tools, outbound communication, and real-world customer engagement strategies — all while learning how to drive revenue for a high-growth business.

  • Research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools
  • Assist in crafting and sending outbound emails in SalesLoft, Gong, and LinkedIn messages
  • Help manage inbound lead follow-ups and set meetings for Account Executives
  • Learn to qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign performance and optimization
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching calls
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in sales, marketing, or technology
  • Self-starter attitude with curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Coachable, organized, and persistent
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or fundraising
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tools
  • Passion for tech, SaaS, or restaurant operations
