What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative to help us build the top of our sales funnel and help define our outbound go-to-market motion. This is a foundational GTM role. You’ll be on the front lines talking to founders, engineers, and security leaders every day. This role is a strong fit for two archetypes in particular: Early-career SDRs with roughly a year of experience who are looking to accelerate their development and grow alongside an early-stage, fast-moving GTM team. Highly motivated, early-career sellers (including new grads) with competitive backgrounds who are eager to build a foundation in tech sales and take on a challenging, high-expectation environment. You’ll work closely with our founders and early GTM team to: As you ramp, you’ll develop a strong foundation in prospecting, qualification, and understanding how modern developer-first companies evaluate and buy infrastructure software. You’ll work closely with our founders and early GTM team, gaining direct exposure to how our sales motion is built from the ground up. As Infisical scales, top-performing SDRs will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and grow into roles aligned with their strengths and interests, whether that’s sales leadership, closing roles, or other areas across the company. Growth here is driven by impact, ownership, and execution. Overall, you’ll be one of the early GTM hires helping define how Infisical goes to market as we scale to thousands of customers.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similarly demanding, quota-driven role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you’re concise, clear, and confident.
  • High urgency and grit — you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you take pride in outworking others.
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to constantly improve.
  • Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals, metrics, and competition.
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate and work onsite.

Nice To Haves

  • Competitive sports background.
  • Prior SDR / BDR experience at a SaaS company.
  • Experience selling to developers, or technical buyers.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales as a craft (books, podcasts, side projects, etc.).
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup or fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Infisical’s product, customer pain points, and use cases.
  • Experiment with messaging, channels, and ICPs to help define what scales.
  • Provide direct feedback from the market to shape our sales motion and positioning.
