We are seeking a hard-working, self-driven, high-energy candidate who is excited to work at a fast-growing startup. As the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for handling prospects through our CRM, managing and creating pipeline, and working with Account Executives to set qualified demos of Rinsed. This role plays a crucial role in the sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads for the sales team. You bring to the table excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with prospects, a proactive and persistent mindset to initiate and follow up on leads, and a solid understanding of the product or service being offered. You possess strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a high volume of leads, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
