What We Are Looking For: As a Sales Development Representative you will be the initial contact point for Luminate Data. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-fit accounts, crafting compelling outreach, and qualifying leads to fuel our growth. You will collaborate with prospects and customers daily to help understand their needs, drive utilization, deliver operational excellence, and uncover growth opportunities while helping to develop and continuously improve our overall process. We need someone who can roll their sleeves up to drive top of funnel volume while helping us iterate on our internal processes. The Role: Generate new revenue opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and/or account management expansion efforts. Support execution of internal sales campaigns to drive campaign goals Assist in executing marketing and lead generation campaigns Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and ensure alignment with our value proposition using frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC Conduct highly targeted lead and account research to assist sales with outreach efforts Adhere to strict CRM hygiene requirements, ensuring all data is accurate for forecasting and activity tracking. Sales Knowledge: Demonstrated past successful experience with Pre-Call Prep – Consistently conducts stage appropriate “outward in” approach, applying prospect’s context to information and resources including where prospect is in the purchase cycle. Needs Identification – Consistently and clearly identifies and verifies prospect’s project, objectives, goals, specific needs, concerns and key considerations. Product Knowledge – Consistently communicates stage appropriate product knowledge to prospect, demonstrating proficiency in products ability to tackle prospects needs. As Luminate values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. Requirements

  • 8-12 months in a high-volume outbound environment (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong skills within the modern sales stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, etc)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative in-office team environment
  • Equally comfort with small business leads and mid/VP-level corporate executives
  • Ability to simplify complex solutions and product offerings to prospect understanding
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and formatting skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eagerness to establish yourself in the entertainment technology industry
  • Highly coachable and a desire to hone closing skills
