Your role in our Mission As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective employers who are looking to enhance their employee benefits offering, improve sustainability initiatives, and reduce administrative complexity. You’ll partner closely with the Benefits Sr. Account Executive, marketing, and broker/channel partners to convert leads into high-quality meetings and opportunities that drive measurable revenue impact.
