About The Position

At Dapta, they help businesses automate their sales and operations processes to drive growth using no-code AI tools. With hundreds of customers and a fast-growing user base, they’re scaling their team to match demand. What is allUP? Dapta has partnered with allUP to help streamline their hiring process. allUP is a new professional network and recruiting firm built around casual videos that will make it easier Dapta to get to know you beyond just a resume. The Role: As an SDR at Dapta, you’ll run the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract — and continue to manage and nurture the customer relationship post-sale. You’ll be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound efforts, converting inbound leads, and ensuring new customers see value quickly and renew long-term. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to drive both revenue and retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Track record of success in outbound prospecting and closing deals
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable running demos and managing a full pipeline
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to manage and grow customer relationships beyond the sale

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Familiarity with marketing tech or automation platforms
  • Spanish language proficiency (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Manage inbound leads and move them through the funnel
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to qualify prospects
  • Own the sales process from lead to close, maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with onboarding team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth handoff to support (if needed)
  • Act as the main point of contact post-sale to ensure customer success
  • Monitor customer adoption and identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn risk
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams
