Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in inside sales or business development

Nice To Haves

Experience with outbound calling
Experience in the HVAC rental industry

Responsibilities

Drive outbound prospecting to generate new rental opportunities and expand the sales pipeline
Build and maintain relationships with Facilities Directors, Purchasing Managers, and Operations leaders
Support customers with temporary cooling, heating, and dehumidification solutions during outages, repairs, and renovations
Execute high-volume calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospects and re-activate existing accounts
Research accounts, build targeted prospect lists, and assist with sales campaigns
Utilize Salesforce and Five9 to track activity, manage accounts, and document engagement
Manage data and reporting for the sales team, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and pipeline performance
Collaborate with sales leadership to support lead generation, account growth, and targeted outreach
Assist with marketing initiatives, including trade show participation, Lunch & Learns, and promotional materials
Maintain accurate customer data, including contacts, account updates, and business cards in Salesforce
