About The Position

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out for financial relief options. You'll build instant rapport, follow a structured script to prequalify prospects, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our Account Executives. You'll also play an essential role in our speed-to-lead strategy-making quick outbound calls to missed inbound callers to maximize connection and conversion.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in inbound sales, call center, or SDR role (preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to confidently follow scripts
  • High urgency and responsiveness
  • Basic CRM skills or the ability to learn quickly
