We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) team. The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and software partners across the US. This role is a critical part of the sales team, serving as the front door for ISV demand.

Responsibilities

  • Set Appointments: first-touch outreach; set and schedule meetings between the qualified leads and the sales team
  • Ownership of inbound and outbound lead flow
  • Execution and management of Better Together lead flow assignments
  • Supporting ISV Field sellers and partner pull-through
  • Driving qualified meetings and clean pipeline creation
  • Qualify Leads: Identify and assess the needs of the business to identify if they would be a good fit
  • Track outreach activities and follow ups using CRM tools to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your designated sellers to ensure smooth handoff and alignment.
