Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Identify Potential Customers: Conduct in-depth research to discover potential clients within target industries.
  • Engage Cold Prospects: Utilize a mix of channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate meaningful contact.
  • Build a Strong Pipeline: Create and manage a pipeline of potential leads and track progress toward sales goals.
  • Qualify and Nurture Leads: Assess prospects based on their fit with our ideal customer profile, educate them on our services, and prepare them for handoff to account managers.
  • Utilize CRM Systems: Manage leads and sales activities effectively using CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Coordinate Meetings: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and account managers, ensuring all parties are well-prepared.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with account managers to develop strategic approaches for lead generation.
  • Provide Insightful Reporting: Deliver regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new messaging, and our evolving services.
